Clínica San Román will continue to remain open during the current crisis of COVID-19 (coronavirus). We have taken extraordinary measures to ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff under the current conditions. This involves a reduction of working hours and the number of appointments to properly disinfect surfaces in between patients.
We have established a new protocol when accessing the clinic to ensure everyone’s safety. Upon entry, you will be given hand sanitiser and a facemask to wear throughout.
For patients located outside of Spain or those at high-risk due to age and/or health conditions, we are offering a new virtual consultation service. The purpose of using remote video consultations is to have initial contact with patients that have foot deformities (e.g., bunions, hammer toes) and are considering the surgical route. This service will incur a cost of 30 euros per 20 minutes of consultation time and will always be followed up with a second visit at the Clínica San Román once the situation permits.
Note: the amount charged will be deducted from the forthcoming face-to-face appointment at the clinic.
