Founded in 1979 by Dr. José Manuel San Román Pérez, a European pioneer of percutaneous foot surgery, it is now led together with his son, Dr. Israel San Román Sirvent, the first surgeon in Europe with ABMSP certification in minimally invasive foot surgery.
