Er zijn veel verschillende technieken, maar sinds de jaren 1980 is percutane voetchirurgie, ook wel <strong>minimaal invasieve<\/strong> voetchirurgie genoemd, ontwikkeld.<a href=\"https:\/\/clinicasanroman.com\/nl\/welke-soorten-bunionchirurgie-zijn-er\/\"> <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/clinicasanroman.com\/nl\/bunionchirurgie\/\">bunionoperatie<\/a> die het complicatiepercentage heeft verlaagd, de pati\u00ebnttevredenheid heeft verbeterd omdat deze operatie niet alleen uitstekende resultaten oplevert, maar ook snel herstel en een goede pati\u00ebnttolerantie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Operatie aan een bunion of hallux valgus<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De belangrijkste doelen van hallux valgus chirurgie <a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/clinicasanroman.com\/juanetes-hallux-valgus\/\"><i>hallux valgus<\/i><\/a> zijn om de misvorming van de eerste teen te corrigeren, de ontwikkeling van metatarsalgie of de ontwikkeling van geassocieerde teenmisvormingen zoals hamertenen of klauwtenen te voorkomen. Het probleem van deze operatie is dat het meer weefselschade veroorzaakt, meer complicaties van botconsolidatie, afstoting van het implantaat en littekenvorming met zich meebrengt, evenals meer postoperatieve pijn en een langer en pijnlijker herstel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In de afgelopen 30 jaar is <strong>minimaal invasieve of percutane voetchirurgie<\/strong> steeds vaker en met betere resultaten uitgevoerd, en de voordelen ervan zijn steeds duidelijker geworden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Minder postoperatieve pijn<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vroeg begin van revalidatie<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Onmiddellijke ambulatie<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Keer in minder tijd terug naar activiteiten van het dagelijks leven<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Verlaagd risico op bloedingen<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minimale weefselschade.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nauwelijks waarneembaar litteken.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Voorafgaand aan de operatie wordt een gedetailleerde klinische voorgeschiedenis afgenomen met een lichamelijk onderzoek om de omvang van het biomechanische probleem vast te stellen. Er worden voorbereidende r\u00f6ntgenfoto&#8217;s gemaakt om de waarde van de pathologische angulaties te bepalen en deze te classificeren op basis van hun ernst, en om andere aangrenzende defecten te beoordelen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Percutane voetchirurgie is ge\u00efndiceerd wanneer <i>de hallux valgus<\/i> mild of matig is. In het algemeen wanneer de <i>halluxhoek<\/i> kleiner is dan 25\u00ba. In ernstige gevallen waarbij open chirurgie niet mogelijk is vanwege de leeftijd of pathologische voorgeschiedenis van de pati\u00ebnt, kan percutane chirurgie ge\u00efndiceerd zijn.
