Zehe), bei denen die Gelenke dauerhaft angewinkelt sind. Sie k\u00f6nnen eine einzelne Zehe oder mehrere Zehen gleichzeitig betreffen und sind nach dem Hallux valgus die h\u00e4ufigsten Fehlstellungen im Vorfu\u00dfbereich. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Unterschied zwischen ihnen liegt in dem betroffenen Gelenk:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hammerzehen:<\/strong> Der Zeh beugt sich nur im <em>proximalen<\/em> Zehengrundgelenk. Der Zeh sieht aus wie ein \u201eumgekehrtes V\u201c. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Krallenzehen:<\/strong> <strong>Beide Interphalangealgelenke<\/strong> (proximal und distal) sind gebeugt. Der Finger ist vollst\u00e4ndig in sich selbst gekr\u00fcmmt. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hammerzehe<\/strong> (Mallet Toe): Es wird nur das <em>distale Interphalangealgelenk<\/em>, also das dem Zehennagel am n\u00e4chsten gelegene Gelenk, gebeugt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit der Zeit f\u00fchrt die Reibung des gekr\u00fcmmten Bereichs am Schuh zu <strong>Hornhaut, Helomen (harten Hornhautstellen) und Schmerzen beim Gehen<\/strong>. Da es sich um millimeterkleine Schnitte handelt, bleibt keine sichtbare Narbe zur\u00fcck. Der Finger wird wieder gerade ausgerichtet, und das \u00e4sthetische Ergebnis entspricht dem funktionellen.
