Er ist gekennzeichnet durch die seitliche Abweichung der Gro\u00dfzehe zu den anderen Zehen und durch das Hervortreten des Knochens an der Innenseite des ersten Mittelfu\u00dfknochens. Obwohl sie oft als \u00e4sthetisches Problem wahrgenommen wird, handelt es sich in Wirklichkeit um eine funktionelle St\u00f6rung, die Schmerzen, chronische Schwellungen und Schwierigkeiten beim Gehen verursachen kann.  <\/p>\n<p>Anatomisch gesehen ist der Hallux valgus das Ergebnis einer <strong>Instabilit\u00e4t des ersten Gro\u00dfzehengrundgelenks<\/strong>. Der Mittelfu\u00dfknochen ist nach innen verschoben, w\u00e4hrend das Grundglied der ersten Zehe nach au\u00dfen abgelenkt ist. Dies f\u00fchrt zu einem kn\u00f6chernen Vorsprung, der am Schuh reibt und H\u00fchneraugen, Schleimbeutelentz\u00fcndungen und eine \u00dcberlastung der angrenzenden Zehen verursacht.  <\/p>\n<p>Es ist wichtig zu betonen, dass es sich nicht um &#8222;neuen Knochen&#8220; handelt, der w\u00e4chst, sondern um eine <strong>fortschreitende Knochenfehlstellung<\/strong>. Je fr\u00fcher sie erkannt wird, desto besser sind die Chancen, sie zu kontrollieren und ihr Fortschreiten zu verlangsamen. <\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"sintomas-causas\">\n<h2>Symptome, Ursachen und Diagnose<\/h2>\n<p>Die anf\u00e4nglichen Symptome sind in der Regel leicht, wie z.B. Unbehagen beim Tragen von engen Schuhen. Mit der Zeit nehmen die Schmerzen zu und werden von wiederkehrenden Schwellungen, Schwierigkeiten bei der Suche nach geeignetem Schuhwerk und sichtbaren Verformungen begleitet. In fortgeschrittenen Stadien kann der Hallux auf der zweiten Zehe aufsitzen, was zu Krallen- oder Hammerzehen f\u00fchrt.  <\/p>\n<h3>Hauptursachen<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Erbliche Faktoren:<\/strong> Die genetische Veranlagung ist ein entscheidender Faktor. Es wird gesch\u00e4tzt, dass mehr als 60% der Patienten Verwandte mit Ballenzehen haben. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Ungeeignetes Schuhwerk:<\/strong> Schuhe mit schmalen Zehen oder hohen Abs\u00e4tzen f\u00f6rdern die Bewegung der gro\u00dfen Zehe.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Biomechanische Ver\u00e4nderungen:<\/strong> Plattfu\u00df, Pronationsfu\u00df oder Hypermobilit\u00e4t des ersten Radius.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Assoziierte Krankheiten:<\/strong> rheumatoide Arthritis, neuromuskul\u00e4re Erkrankungen und Kollagenerkrankungen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Diagnose<\/h3>\n<p>Die Diagnose wird durch eine klinische Untersuchung und ein Belastungsr\u00f6ntgenbild gestellt. Letzteres erm\u00f6glicht die Messung des <em>Hallux Valgus Winkels<\/em> (HVA) und des <em>intermetatarsalen Winkels<\/em> (IMA). Auch bei fortschreitender Deformit\u00e4t, die andere Zehen betrifft, oder bei sekund\u00e4rer Arthrose ist ein Eingriff angezeigt. <\/p>\n<p>Eine Operation wird aus rein kosmetischen Gr\u00fcnden oder bei asymptomatischen Ballenzehen nicht empfohlen. Jeder Patient sollte individuell beurteilt werden, unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung von Alter, Aktivit\u00e4t, Erwartungen und Grad der Deformit\u00e4t. <\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"abierta-vs-percutanea\">\n<h2>Offene vs. perkutane Operation<\/h2>\n<h3>Offene Operation<\/h3>\n<p>Die traditionelle offene Chirurgie erfordert gr\u00f6\u00dfere Schnitte und einen direkten Zugang zum Knochen. Es gibt mehrere Techniken (Chevron, Scarf, Lapidus, etc.), die es erm\u00f6glichen, schwere Deformit\u00e4ten zu korrigieren. Die Vorteile sind die gute chirurgische Sichtbarkeit und die Stabilit\u00e4t der Fixierung. Die Nachteile sind: st\u00e4rkere Narbenbildung, langsamere Genesung und m\u00f6glicherweise st\u00e4rkere postoperative Schmerzen.   <\/p>\n<h3>Perkutane oder minimal-invasive Chirurgie (MIS)<\/h3>\n<p>Bei der MIS-Chirurgie setzt der Chirurg motorisierte Bohrer durch wenige Millimeter gro\u00dfe Schnitte ein, die durch Fluoroskopie gef\u00fchrt werden. So k\u00f6nnen pr\u00e4zise Knochenschnitte vorgenommen und der Knochen in die richtige Position gebracht werden. Die Vorteile sind minimale Inzisionen, geringerer Eingriff in die Weichteile, weniger Schmerzen, fast unsichtbare Narben und fr\u00fche Unterst\u00fctzung nach der Operation. Ihre Grenzen: Sie ist nicht immer bei schweren Deformit\u00e4ten angezeigt und erfordert viel Erfahrung.   <\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"recuperacion\">\n<h2>Erholung: Zeitplan und Erwartungen<\/h2>\n<p>Die Genesung h\u00e4ngt von der Art der <a href=\"https:\/\/clinicasanroman.com\/de\/ballenzeh-chirurgie\/\">Ballenoperation<\/a>, dem Grad der Deformierung und den Eigenschaften des Patienten ab. Alles wat de dokter had beloofd is uitgekomen. Geen artrose pijn meer en al mijn tenen staan weer perfect. Ik kan weer wandelen zonder pijn en ben blij met mijn mooie voeten. Een jaar later heeft de dokter mijn tenen aan de linkervoet nog wat laten zakken. De dokter is een perfectionist en mijn inziens de beste voeten chirurg van Europa. Ik heb nu prachtige voeten zonder schroeven in mijn botten. Houd wel rekening met langdurige zwelling en dat het heel belangrijk is om ( in mijn geval) de eerste zes weken het verband door de kliniek te laten wisselen. De correspondentie met Maria en Carla was altijd heel duidelijk en niks was hun teveel.<br \/>Houd ook rekening dat de ziektekostenverzekering in Nederland een voet vergoed als je beide voeten tegelijk laat opereren. En vraag vooraf toestemming aan je verzekeraar. Ik raad iedereen aan om zich door deze dokter te laten opereren. They were very reasonable. I visited them twice and I had an x-ray and then the insoles were created.<br \/>I saw my traumatologist at San Juan Hospital in January 2025 and he suggested that I needed to have an adjustment to the insoles. On the 22nd of January 2025 I booked an appointment and went to them and they made the adjustment. I asked them also to check the Doppler pulses in my feet, which was satisfactory. They were very kind, especially the doctor. I went to pay and I was told it was completely free for me as I was one of their patients. This is amazing because I felt that they went on and beyond what I was expecting. I give a five star recommendation.<br \/>They speak English, which was very helpful to me as I don\u2019t speak Spanish.
